Paying attention to the facade of the building has been of interest for many years in the world and especially in Iran. However, in today’s world, the importance of the facade of the building is more than before, and special care must be taken in choosing the facade of the building.
One of the types of building facade is aluminum composite facade. Composite aluminum is one of the man-made materials that has unique characteristics. This facade is installed in different ways. One of these installation methods is the fixing method. This method is one of the common methods of installing aluminum composite facade.
In the following, we will explain about this type of building facade installation.
In this method, composite sheets after cutting and grooves are fixedly connected with screws or rivets on the aluminum or iron substructure, the installation process of which is very fast. Between the installed sheets, in order to create a more beautiful view and make the facade waterproof, sheet belts and polyurethane adhesives are used, which are very durable compared to adhesives and silicone rubber. In the fixed method, two types of iron and aluminum substructures can be used.
In this system, iron profiles with specific cross-sections are used for the implementation of the main belts of the substructure. Also, similar iron profiles are used to make grids of horizontal and vertical axles connected to the belt that specify the place of installation of composite sheets or glass.
