In this case, due to not using screws or rivets, the work speed is high, it is possible to separate and replace each of the parts separately, and due to the use of aluminum stud profiles, there is no need to seal the facade anymore.

In this method, after the implementation of the iron girders to form the infrastructure structure, the iron corners with bean hole characteristics are installed on the girders in accordance with the axes presented in the executive drawings.

In the next step, aluminum rail studs with a specific cross-section are connected to the substructure by aluminum brackets with two bean holes in the axis of the iron corners. In this method, like the fixed aluminum method, rubber is used between the aluminum lamella and the iron corner to prevent corrosion between iron and aluminum.

Composite sheets are installed on the lamellas by means of aluminum joints in the form of studs (studs) that are inside the aluminum lamellas.
